Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agape Research LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue — arising out of or in connection with the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product sold by Agape Research LLC, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. By purchasing from or using the services of Agape Research LLC, the customer expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agape Research LLC and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the customer's purchase, handling, or use of these products, violation of any applicable law or regulation, or breach of these terms. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and survives any termination of the customer relationship.
